Riding and tractor mowers have been aded to the Depot. Get the tractor mower for 1600 coins and the riding one for 1200 coins.
Also, the yard decks are not available for sale anymore.

You can now check houses at the Realty Office before buying them! The Reality Office guy ( What is his name??) has three cute house models on his desk. That guy also mentions that all the deals are final which means you can not return the house after purchasing it.
