Reporting helps only if more than 3 people report this person at the same time. If you keep getting herassed, email the developers directly (keep screen shots of your conversation as evidence to show the Devs). Other things you can do is to remove waseem off your buddy list... they have updated it so that once you removed this person off your list, you are also removed off theirs by default. Next change your name and maybe appearance. Those who are still in your buddy list will be aware of your name change. Thats all i can suggest for the time being.
