they tricked me I lost 4758 coins by scamed

man, plz u must help me, a scammer came claiming to be the yoville admin, and he could double my money, i didnt beleive him so i testes hime, first started with 10, and he doubled it, and then 100 and he doubled it, then 2000 and he doubled it, then i gave him all my money ( 9000) and he took them and kicked me out !!!! plz help me get my 9000 back plzzzzzzz yoville !

BEWARE of this scheme, the scammer doubles your money in one trade to gain your trust and then tells you if you would like to try again, BUT this time he only checks off agree and DOES NOT add any money. Keep your eyes open for this one, i've seen people fall for it. NOTE: YoVille admins/developers/moderators have a little yellow badge beside their name.

Don't be in such a rush to get more money when you're new to the game. Get yourself a crew. If you have few or no friends who have the app, go to the bottom of the page in the game where it says "page built by Yoville" and click on the blue "Yoville" word. That will take you to their forum/discussion boards. Look for "Official Crew Thread" and find people for crews. Then remember you can log on every 6 hours. I log on 7am just to go to factory, then in the afternoon and evening. Money accumulates fast that way.
If something is too good to be true, it probably is. I have gotten very good prices from legit sales, just be picky about where u go.
If you have a group of friends you hang out with, all of you immediately report any scammer you notice (like outside the apts).
And remember it takes only a few seconds to change your name in the settings, so any scammer can change it and keep scamming while we're looking out for them by another name.
If you notice someone new who's sort of "lost" invite them to the diner or the coffee shop (too crowded most of the time in front of the apts) and have a private conversation and help them with the right info.They'll appreciate it. I know. I got a lot of buddies that way.

Scammers say they are selling dance floor for cheap price (like 8000 or so) to lure you in, you go to their apartment and see that they do indeed have a dance floor. But during trade they wait for you to load ur coins, they will then load a black and white tiled floor hoping you wont pay attention and would click agree! So beware!! Dance floors in trade screen is always in multi colored panels! Not plain!

he said he would give me a hottub so i believed i put everything i have and agreed he wate a second and then sudently he agreed and kicked me out

they now do lotterys!! you have to pay and all that stuff

I HATE SCAMS!!!! I got kicked out of apartment right after i paid for a beauty pagen!!! hop u catch all of them and disable their accounts!!!!!! ARGGG!!!!

these days scammers, no longer work alone. i got a case where 4 of them are playing it out trying to con me, wanting to trade a VIP card, which is a blue towel. i had fun playing along and must have burst their vein.

I have updated my account settings in Yoville and FB, i do not wish tol et other FB friends know that i updated my appartment, i constantly hold sales and update my appartment 10 times a day and my friends wall is full of messages that i updated my appartment, i reported the issue to Yoville and FB and i have not heard anything yet and the issue still persists. I am considering quitting Yoville!!!

hi i had the same issue go to applications on ur facebook then click the edit tab for yoville were it says publish stories short one line whatever click no so u dotn want it published. i hope that helps

APPLICATIONS>EDIT>YoVille. Under WALL tab choose "Prompt me before publishing any stories from YoVille".

I was having the same problem before, and i posted on the YoVille forums but did not receive any answers. I tried different settings, and this (as stated above) is the one that worked for me. My friends DO NOT see any notifications from YoVille anymore :)
